For example, there are some user-replaceable components for many radios that the customer may want to change themselves while others would prefer to have no involvement in the fault finding process and leave it all up to us.

Not all radio repair tasks we receive turn out to be damaged radios. Due to the complexity of some modern radio communications systems, there can be a misunderstanding of the symptoms.

Sometimes it can be the operation of the radio, a setting in the radio’s configuration or even in some cases, the radio works ok and the problem was because of another outside factor. Interference from neighbouring radio stations or RF (Radio Frequency) emitting equipment such as power lines and generators sometimes cause symptoms that can be mistaken for a faulty radio.

Replacement Of Parts As And When Needed

We have a large stock of parts for most brands of radio but there can be a case where a part that rarely fails is needed and we must order this in. To ensure customer satisfaction and that your operations run smoothly, depending on the Service Contract you have agreed on, temporary replacement radios can be supplied while waiting for the parts to arrive to fix yours.

In some cases, it might not be possible to repair a very badly damaged radio. If a radio is beyond economical repair then we will issue a report justifying the case where a replacement radio is advisable.

Contract work – Another essential feature of our radio repair services is the annual contracts that we provide to our clients. Such services help in free services for a certain period of time for which the contract has been signed. In this way also, there is very little worry for the clients. They can simply send a request and we will look into quick repairs and seamless functioning of their networks.
