1. Privacy Policy
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

2. Delivery Policy
Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the next day depending on availability. We have multiple delivery methods at our disposal (both domestic and international) ranging from weekend mornings to standard next day. We always aim to meet delivery dates and deadlines set by the customer, however, once the package is in transit we are not liable for delays and/or damage caused.

For hire and service contract customer we offer a same day service for urgent requests and emergency situations. In this case delivery is made by a member of the Comms-Spec team and cost is subject to the current rates of same day delivery couriers, distance and time.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy
Customers have 5 days to return their items for a full refund providing the item is completely untouched and returned in the exact condition it was received. For customers that require programming or modifications, there are no refunds issued as this voids the refund policy. In this case it is imperative you are happy with what you are purchasing pre-delivery.

All customers must inspect their delivery for damage upon receipt before it is signed for. If the goods are damaged, or not in the condition you expect, then you must refuse delivery and we can proceed with the claim with the courier. No refunds will be issued for goods damaged in customer’s possession. As a company we have a rigorous/strict quality control process in place as a result of which all goods are thoroughly checked before they leave our premises so we will never send you damaged items.

Non damaged faulty items protected under the relevant warranty period may be returned to Communications Specialist Ltd up to any date that the warranty allows. This item will be returned to the manufacture for warranty service / replacement and then returned to us. No refund will be issued on faulty items under warranty, it will either be repaired or replaced.

Cancellations must be made any time before the goods are programmed/modified or, if this procedure is not required, before dispatch. In this case a refund will be issues.

Unless the item/items are to be returned under warranty the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Comms-Spec.

All refunds will be made within 7 days of confirmation.
